How can I start a HSE Training Centre or Institution in Vietnam?
I would like t deliver Safety Courses on British Standard or American Standard other Indian Courses which benefits Construction & Industrial sector Safety Staff, Supervisors, Engineers & Mangers.

Vietnamese government just passed a new Law on Occupational Safety and Health in July of this year, but it will take many years to implement fully, Health and Safety on many worksites both onshore and offshore in Vietnam doesn't take priority unfortunately. The construction industry here is a prime example of poor Health and Safety regulations and training. The lack of education and lack of safe work practices here is evident in most industries.

There are training establishments here but are generally for the offshore industry out of Vung Tau which is the hub in Vietnam for oil & gas services, they have an established offshore survival school there that also provides other training to which you have mentioned.....
