Hi all I'm heading back again in January and am looking for those little- out-of-the way food places the locals know and love, banh mi is a favorite as is pho' and frog, but pork (heo ) is top of the list. I'm a bit of a pig myself when it comes to great food so a rating based on heo will be understood, 1 heo being just O'k to 5 heo being something you have been back to many times. I am also looking for special festivities happening during TET festival, I'm there for a month from mid January till mid Feb and will be staying in dist 7. thanks in advance Mark.
