Remember it is a small country. Nothing is very far away. It's not like driving from Colorado to Chicago to go shopping. Yes Personaly I would stay as far out of Belize City and Belmopan as your job will allow, especialy with children. OK places during the day for shoping,
but the L. A. gang influinces are very evident. Lots of WANABEEs.
