Online Schooling in Kuwait

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows off-hand, if it is permissible for children to do an online home school in Kuwait, rather than going to a traditional school. I found an international online school, but wanted to see if this is an acceptable option for my children in Kuwait.
