I just want to apply level 3 license in Brunei.
Where to go.
How long I have to wait for after applying

If im not wrong You can apply via JPD, jabatan pengangkutan darat (land transport department). It is in beribi or in sungai hanching. You need to check first in case you still need to do any test and car driving test.

you need to register for the driving class and then after that you need to take the written exam and once u passed the exam, you will continue to learn for the actual driving in JPD for atleast 15hrs then they will ask you for an actual driving exam and after you passed that exam, then you will be granted with a driving license
