Dear sir
I want to know if an employees resign during probation period " is he will get 2years ban or not in oman . also if employer terminate a employee what is ban condation ?

Hi syed shah 870,

Without an NOC, an employee cannot return to Oman for 2 years from the date of exit - whether the employee resigns on his / her own or is sacked by the employer. This is irrespective of whether during the probation period, or even after the job confirmation.
