Hi i am Greek and currently live in Canada
I would like to know how difficult is for a hard working person to find a job and be respected by others in the Netherlands.What paperwork do i need for me and my family (5kids),How much is the cost-living?

Welcome to the Forum. :)

To answer your question; if you have some luck, plus the right skills, qualifications and can speak Dutch, then it's doable.  However, the less you have of the above, the harder it gets.

Other options are if you have a skill that you can turn into a money-earning venture.
