Hi,

I'm curious about Internet access in Montezuma (and nearby towns). I see that wi-fi is available in hotels and pricier rentals, but I'm wondering if it's possible to find wi-fi in a budget rental (in a place that might rent for, say, less than $800 month).

For sure you can. I don't know how long a rental or how comfortable you're looking for but certainly you can rent something long term at the likes of Casa Colores (casacolores.com/) or Linda Vista (lindavistamontezuma.com/)and have internet. These two have a selection of cabinas and houses to rent. There are plenty others like them and wifi is available. You might have to be at the pool or a common shared area to use it.

If you're here in the green season then it'll be cheap and there'll be lots of choice. In the high season, especially the Christmas/New Year weeks, less so.
