I want know that if any emergency in my family can I go any time India . any visa / campany rules for emergency leave

Hi vijaykumargupta,

In case of any 'genuine' family emergency back home, yes, you can of course go home.

See your employment contract as to what the conditions are for proceeding on any emergency leave.

This is not a question to be posted in a public forum. Ask your company HR for the company policies, if you do not know them.
