Hello all!

i am moving to mexico city next week but have a problem and could you please help!

My passport scanner bit on my passport is really damaged and is really expensive to replace! i have nothing to hide or anything just damaged it wouldn't let me add picture on here!

can you please tell me if they have passport scanners in mexico city airport or is it old school customs? really need to know! as will need to replace before i come!

Yes, they do have them since a number of years. If I recall proprely they had them at Mexico international airport the last time I was there 2013. Good luck. GyC.

Take care for a damaged passport to the extent that identification of the holder is impeded in any way, you might be denied entry.
