Hallo everyone!

I'm Riza, 23 years old, from Philippines. My boyfriend is a Russian but he's living in Germany, he will visit me here in Philippines this coming June. He has the documents for marriage, and he's planning to marry me in Germany.
I'm just confused of what visa should I apply, is it fiance visa or marriage visa?
What are things to know if I apply for Marriage visa? What are the requirements?
Is it possible if I don't study here in Philippines for A1 but I will do it in Germany?

Danke Sehr :):)

Hi,

You need a fiancee visa for this.
But would really advise to marry first in the Philippines and go to the appropriate Embassy to get a apostile stamp this is the fastest way to get to Germany you can always marry there again in Church.
