Mmm,there are some places over Gargaresh road, but for sure price will be higher than somewhere else. Try to contact somebody outside to sent it to you or try some courier like Aramex (I still don't know how this works without addresses in Tripoli) goos luck

Dahra souk has plenty of games for all the platforms, most are copies so not sure about how they will work. I have bought fake DVD's from their and they worked (mostly) without a problem, all for 2LYD each as well.

Check the place in Dahra. I found many things such as games, movies, programs. But i m not you can find sure blue ray movies .
