US visit visa requirements

Hi all,
I'm willing to get US visit visa for me and for my family.
What are the requirements and how much are the fees?
Me and my wife will do the interview or only me?

Requirements are passport(s), iqama, bank statement for the last 3-6 months stamped from your bank (these are some of the requirements that I remember), certificate of employment with salary.

Bring old passports with you too. Your wife will also be required to be there unless otherwise the embassy tells you not to do so.

I think the fee is almost SR 700 to be paid in SAMBA bank.

Just go through that link and follow the instructions. I can't remember the exact steps and/or requirements but that would help.
