renewing MOH nurse lisence under a new spondser

Sir,
I am on family visit visa under my husband sponsorship.I had worked as a Staff nurse from Jan 2016-Oct 2016 under a private clinic in Oman.I resigned & came back to muscat under my husband family visit visa.Currently i got an offer as a staff nurse in one hospital in muscat.I have NOC from my previous employer.Please advice my MOH License need to be changed under new hospital? What are the formalities? My initial license having a validity until Jan 2018.
