Regarding the first option, there an international school (AL Rowad) which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
We do offer a Two Bedroom Apartment in this hotel for 200K/YEAR with the same facilities.
The second option with the swimming pool & Jacuzzi is near SABIC- Airport Road & it also offers 1 Bedroom Apartment for 200K/YEAR.
