Just moved to Munich four days ago, seriously looking to rent a fully furnished One bedroom apartment. Ready for sharing in 2 or 3 BHK for 1 room.

There are very few furnished apartments on the regular rental market, and those come with a high premium (50-100% more than "empty" rent). So if you're staying longer than 6 - 12 months, you'll be better off taking an empty unit and buying your own stuff (possibly second hand).
For shared flats, look for "Wohngemeinschaft" or "WG".
Munich has Germany's most difficult rental market, so be prepared for a long search!

A room in a shared flat is probably your best bet. The most likely place to look is at the University where there should be pinboards where people advertise looking for rooms or for apartment mates.

One more remark:
I assume your "2 or 3 BHK" means an apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms plus hall and kitchen.
The concept of "hall" is virtually unknown in Germany. Normally, all rooms are counted no matter whether they are used as living room or bedroom. So your "2 or 3 BHK" is a 3 or 4 room flat (3 oder 4 Zimmer Wohnung) in German. The kitchen and bath are not counted as "Zimmer".
