Advice on residence permit for non EU citizen in Belgium.

Hi am akeem. Am married to a British citizen. Am from a non EU country. However I was granted a c visa for Belgium under family directive process.  My wife plans to move to Belgium to work and study. However she'd like me to accompany her throughout the whole process. What are the procedures? When we are In Belgium?? Would the c visa be a issued when trying to apply for the spouse of non EU citizen residents card?? I need help!!
