Looking for a Trustable Cleaning Woman

Hello ,
We have been in tripoli like 7 months now. We have been looking for a cleaning woman but still we couldn't find one.
Is there any one else, that you can suggest?? Our limit is 30/40 dinars and she will do cleaning and ironing. Once a week seems enough for us, for now.
