Try jameda.de - the biggest German site for doctor search.
If you cannot manoeuvre the site (of course it's all in German), you can ask a German friend or colleague to help you.

The American consulate in Munich can provide a list of English speaking doctors in Bavaria. I found a document they posted online but it is from 2013, so maybe not so up to date:

On another site I found the following for English speaking doctors in Nuremberg. But one should know that in Germany one usually has to see a general practitioner first and then they send you to a specialist like a dermatologist or ophthalmologist.  One doesn’t have to do this for a dentist. If you don’t have a specific eye problem but just want to get new glasses then one can just go to an optician. The best place for price and service in German is Fielmann, found in every big German city. They will reliably measure your eyes for glasses for free.
