Moving from Uganda to U.S. Requirements

Good evening. I currently live in the U.S. and I have a very good friend that lives in Uganda. I am trying to help him make a move to the U.S. but what are all of the requirements from Uganda and the U.S. to make a permanent move? Any help us greatly appreciated. Peace & blessings!

In a nut shell, he needs to either find an employer willing to sponsor a work visa (you need some education/professional qualifications for that), invest a subsequent amount of money into a new or existing US company or win the Green Card by lottery from the Diversity Visa Program.
