Hello , is there universities where we can study linguistics in Oman , bachelor or masters ? When i say linguistics , I say general linguistics not on a specific language like english or arabic .

I'm not sure. But why don't you check at Sultan Qaboos University?! They might be able to give you more info or at least advise on the right direction in this regard.
