Company did Unethical behave against the Oman Labour Law

Dear Sir,

Company want reduce salary package & I unaccepted so that Company did unethical behave as hold the salary, termination notice ( 1st feb 2017), threat of absconding, mentally harassment & pressure leave the oman country as per email records

I requested many time to provide sufficient time to wrap my personal things ( to be bank settlement, to be sell Car, electronics, furniture, goods etc) . they ignore my all request

Company directer confirmed on email 22 jan 2017 to provide NOC / release for visa transfer

Now , Company deny to provide NOC & I am getting some positive for New Job

Today, I registered Complaint Ministry of manpower & Indian embassy
Session Appointment : 5 april 2017
My visa is valid till Sep 2017
I need right guidelines from your side , How can I survive in oman on this situation Please help

You just have to wait and hope for positive response to your complaint at both Ministry of Manpower as well as the Indian Embassy.
