Db visa cancellation for my son

Hi , i worked with one company called 'A' with EP visa six month before and my son also having DP visa with same company. My son left malaysia with A company visa to India.

Then i joined another company with new EP visa. When i cancelled company 'A' EP visa , i have given my son passport detail as well as the exit date. ( cancelled only in onlie but not on the my son passport ).

Now i wanted to apply DP visa for my son with new company again. When new company applied stage one process for my son, they asked visa cancellation page.

At this point, is my son's old visa can be considerd valid for his travel to malaysia since its cancelled just online and not on the visa stamping page on his passport? ?? Please advice 😦

Just write in a letter and present in immigration department asking for clear the data of previous DP.
