Hey guys.....
Whatsup??
I'm new to this forum ....
i've seen some discussions about the topic i mentioned above, but that was years back.....
I would like to know the present condition....i.e........is internal transfer possible from resident family visa to employment visa OR do i need to go back to my HOME COUNTRY and return in employment visa ???

Hi rixyrix,

As per law, the system of internal visa transfers was discontinued a few years back. So for the masses, it still remains so.

However, internal visa transfers continue to get done - but on a very selective and on a few and far between instances.

It is more to do with the clout the concerned person / PRO is able to wield at the Ministry.
