hi everyone need help here.. my husband send me parcel from paris to saude post.the thing is he put my old number and wrong home adress, and the paris post says they can't do anything coz its in saude post already.and i've been in saude post and they said they didn't recieve yet but the post in france they confirm already that my parcel arrive here in ksa 3weeks ago.. now what should i do to claim it??

you have to check using the tracking number either on their portal or you have to call them .

Hello,
You have 2 options, 1st if package is under your name go to the SP to collect it, make some noise and stress on the point that package is under my name and shall be handed over to me.
2nd I don't see why paris post cant send updated phone and home address to SP here, it is a matter of simple system update or email.
If SP refused to hand over to you, ask your husband to go to paris post and ask them to return the package to paris because I know exactly what will happen if it is not given to you.

Its not e-bay its from my husband. The thing is he put wrong add and my old phone number wich is not working so the post cant me 😦😦😦😦

thanks for that ill tell hem already to go in paris post hope i get it.. ive been in post already and they keep saying they dont have the parcel or there just lazy to check it.. anyway i check the trucking number in sp online and it says no record.. gaving me headache
