Permesso validity

The expired date of my italian residence pirmit is on 19/4/2017 , and I am planing to travel to another country out of EUrop , so i will return back to italy on 17/4/2017 thats mean my permesso still valid , will I face any problems in the italian airport or everything will be like always?
( more informaition : I have submitted my renewal documents to the post office before one week)

Your residence permit must be valable three months after.

If am going out of italy and i want to come back , my permesso must be valid for 3 months !???

If you have your still valid permesso and the ricevuta (and valid passport), you should have no problems at all returning.  STEFFIFI's response is incorrect.

Thank you . Another question , do i will face any problem with the flight company (saudi airline) if the pds valid only for 2 days ??
