Its said that part time job is impossible in norway for those who don't know norweign language.I wish I would not bother my family. I want to study BSC in biology,can anybody help me please.

its not impossible ...it is very difficult because there are a huge supply of labor people who also cannot speak norwegian and looking for english speaking jobs.

Everyone thinks that Norway is a good country to live and come here.  They don't speak norwegian but need to find jobs to support themselves in the high cost of living.  Go figure...
