Hi. Can somebody help me? I am looking bilingual school for children. I hear that Kinder garden children from academia Cotopaxi and British School don't speak English ? Is it true.

Both of those are great schools and I am sure they speak English in the kindergartens, as well as the other private international schools. It is best to make appointments with the schools for a tour (and ahead of time because they fill up a year or two in advance).
