Hi,

My mum was Mauritian, my dad was Jamaican. I have all my family in Mauritius and plan to relocate eventually... not sure when as developing my career still here in UK. I do want to get dual nationality. Not sure why, any know the benefits, and how easy or hard it is to get?

With all due respect, that's a weird statement !
You should know why you want it and for what reasons /purposes you would like to have it
How easy or hard to get it- this has been discussed several times on this forum - at least once a year. Just do a search on "dual nationality" or check this govt. site:

Thanks.... not strange at all.... I want it because i think i should have it by right of my parentage, but not fussed either way. If it benefits me more i will go through with it but if not then i will see how things go without.
