how are is it to get work if you only speak english

As so many Romanians speak good English, it's not much of an advantage. If you know another language, a less common one, you can find call centre or IT support work where not knowing Romanian wouldn't be an issue, but just knowing English would only be acceptable if you have other exception skills that are hard to find locally.

The chances are quite slim,  especially with such poor written English skills.  Your question was barely intelligible.  If you're coming to Romania for a reasonable amount of time, learn the language.  Then, the job market is open to you.  It's fairly common in many countries, that in order to get a job and integrate, you need to know the local native language.

yes the plan is to learn the language, but in the mean time while learning, i dont intend to come and never learn the language.
