Hi All

I  am from Malaysia. And i got a job offer in KSA (Medina) in Feb 2017 as a school librarian and has accepted the offer in 2 weeks (sign contract received by email). Nearly two months i emailed the KSA Company any updates since there is no communication at all after my job acceptance.

Now the company reply saying that the agent having difficulty getting a work visa from Malaysia. And they cannot promise the outcome due to visa complications.

For your info, i have not submit any document s nor my passport in order for the agent processing my visa. It is my first time accept  abroad job offer.

Please anyone advise me..

1. Do the company are legally to terminate my contract? Due to work visa complications
2.can the agent processing work visa wothout any documents? Nor the passport number.
3.any good advise for me?

Thank you all in advance.

1. Yes company can terminate contract due to visa complications and since you have only accepted the offer and no process was done later, it will be easier for them.
2. Agent cannot process anything without all the documentation.  The agent first need to get a visa from the company issued by Ministry of Labor and authorization for them to process this along with contract for you attested from Saudi. After which they will collect your documents - passport, attested education certificate etc and then you do medical and process the visa.
3. contact the company and ask them updates on visa processing , if they say they were not able to secure the visa, ask for time frame and then make a decision if to continue or not.
