Missed out some info: I am now in Chengdu, so ppl in Chengdu could join. I want to start one, just free talk, a small group of ppl, any topic, but all in Chinese.

You'd need permission from the forum admin to start such a thread on this forum as only English is allowed in this section. There might be moderation issues as translations could make innocent posts look very odd, but it could be a workable idea on a specific thread.
