do any of you perhaps know of a company  (agent / attorney), that can help us with the process and all the paper work of relocating to the phillipines ?

Hi Joe,

Generally moving to the Philippines does not require and immigration agent etc. Naturally companies/agents will be happy to take you money but again, it's not needed.
You will want to spend enough time here to be really sure that a developing 3rd world country is where you want to live and than you are able to adjust. Also read the Immigration Web Site to gain information. Keep in mind though that the site is sometimes outdated in some areas.
