You can find everything you need here - especially if you like Ni-ke. I always get my shoes from home though (because I can't find big enough sizes here for me). If you have your own stuff already, bring it, but I wouldn't go out and buy it.

If your idea of sport is 'football' then you're fine. But if you're wanting decent stuff, technical fabrics, wicking layers, cool max etc. then bring your own. Choice of running shoes is very limited and no one will have a clue if the shoes are neutral, over pronator etc. If you're going to run outside (with a man of course, never on your own) you'd need at least 3/4 length leggings, you can't run in shorts.

Thanks very much Mudman, exactly where I was coming from.  I may not be a superwhizz but I like to wear decent gear..  I'll stock up before I get there (should that ever happen!!)

As for the shorts, no worries there, its not a pretty sight so suits me just grand....
