English club in district 1 ?

We are an American family now living in HCMC, and of course are native English speaking. My son is 20, is a graphics designer, and enjoys video games. He would like to find an english club near Ben Thanh, district 1 where he can meet friends. He does not speak Vietnamese, but he DOES speak some Chinese.

Does anybody know of a club? or want to start one and meet at a local cafe?
