Marriage on visitor visa

Hi all
I,m British and Getting married in july to a Brazilian lady she is here on a vistors visa (the marriage has been notified without problem) , is there anyway that she can stay in the uk and apply for a spouse visa on does she Have to go back to brazil to apply?

She can apply at the Brazilian consulate in the U.K. She can also apply in Brazil immediately after the marriage. If she does it in the U.K. She still has to come to Brazil to complete it

we emailed the brazilian embassy here in london but the said any application for a visa to remain in uk needs to done with the uk immigration.
if for example she went back to brazil would she not have to apply at the british embassy in brazil ?

If she goes to Brazil to do the permanency she would go to the Federal police
