Lost passport with no visa / oman id

Dear ,

My sister has a valid oman residence which is expiring on 26/05/17. She lost her passport and plan residence ID in India few days back and we applied for a new one and received the same.

Now how can she go back to oman without a visa stamp on her new passport ?

u have old passport copy with visa ?
you can send sponser to ROP with new passport copy and old passport copy to ask them to stump

We do have old passport copy. But I doubt if it will work.
