Currently am in Germany but now we want to register the married that was already celebrated in kenya, so I can join him permanently and have a long term visa. Pliz help me with your advise. How does this processes start? Or where should I go? Thnx

You do not need to register your marriage in Germany, because your foreign marriage is recognised here.
Instead, you need to apply for a family reunion visa at the German embassy in your country. Conditions are sufficient financial means for both of you, a place to live together, German health insurance and (basic) German language skills.
If you entered on a tourist (3month) visa, I don't think it is possible to convert that to a family reunion visa (but your husband should ask at his nearest Ausländeramt to be sure). If not, you probably have to leave Germany first.
