Dears
My company's CR is expired and my Hr can't process my exit reentry through online.. can i get the same from jawazat manually and if yes plz tell me the process.

Yes you can , but unfortunately you cannnot do this yourself , there should be a Saudi clerk who is authorised for such transactions - he is the only person who can do the re exit visa for you
