They do apparently have a small office in Dubai. But, there is no way that they can promise to get you a better position, or even gaurentee you a job here.
It is illegal in the UAE for recruitment agents to ask potential employees for any kind of fees or processing fees - this company have side-stepped this issue by registering their "head office" in Canada.
I have been working here a long time and don't know of any one who have been recruited through them. As an employer I would not use them either simply because they ask potential candidates for money.
Reputable agents are paid a placement fee by the company for whom they are recruiting.
