Exit Visa with expired iqama

Hello everyone I am pinoy RN currently in the eastern province can someone help me if it is possible to get exit visa while your iqama is expired for about 2 mnths ago. Our company did not pay our salaries for six months so we went on to find another job but iqama transfer was unsuccesful so we decided to go for exit and return back under the new company with ready visa.
