Visa and work in Istanbul

It is illegal to work on a tourist visa.

You will need to have a work permit that will be arranged by your employer for which you need to have a job first.

Hello!some of my Turkish friend invite me to come for visit visa and to find a job there too,is it legal to stay there while waiting my working visa without coming back to my origin place?

I have been sending my resume electronically to various companies through different recruiters, but so far there has not been one response!  What is the most effective way of applying for a position from outside the country?!

It is illegal to stay anywhere once the visa expires. 
Regarding the job, an employer will need to arrange work permit for you.
