German language assistance (A1 and further)

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well 
I'm currently in Augsburg for a German language course for A1 and I was wondering if there are any private tutors available that can help me prepare for the language exam (I'm only here for about 3 more weeks).
Additionally, it would be nice to know any tips or suggestions as to the most efficient way of learning German (as of now the best way I've found was to just try to visit museums and other places and communicate in whatever way possible just to improve on certain pronunciations).
