Hello friends,

Can anyone brief me the procedure for extending the job seeker visa.

I actually had Visa starting from FEB 2017 to AUG 2017, however due to my employment constrain in India I could not able to travel on Feb 2017 and I made it on June 1st. Thus I got a lapse of my time frame from 6 months to 2 months.

Can anyone please let me know the procedure, cos I am new to this place and have no idea.

How to approach?
Where should I go?
Which document to carry.?
Any other related things to be prepared. etc.

Currently in Russelsheim, Frankfurt

As far as I know, a Job Seeker Visa (JSV) cannot be extended.
But please approach your local foreigner authority ("Ausländeramt"), which is in charge of all visa extensions, changes and approvals.
