Yes you can but check if you have on arrival visa eligiblity in UAE on your passport else you need to get an online visa before your travel.

Yes you can travel to Dubai.

Travel by Bus or by Airplane.

Requirements:

1) Valid Original Iqama.
2) Valid Original Passport.
3) UAE Visit Visa (You have to obtain it online).
4) Exit-Re-Entry Visa from your employer (Saudi Arabia).
5) Sufficient funds as UAE is expensive compared to KSa.

Notes:

1) There is nothing called on arrival visa for UAE (It's already stopped few months ago).

Have a great trip :)

At the airport check in counter they'll not issue a boarding pass if your mahram is not travelling with you.

I faced this issue last year, don't know if it's updated now...

The above case is if the lady is an Iqama holder here....

I've had past experiences where family members were stopped at the check in counters in Dammam and Riyadh airports because they weren't accompanied with their mahrams/ sponsors
