Hi Guys,

I am currently working in Oman for just one month. I have got an really good job offer from UAE. I cannot give resignation to my current employer. As they will not release me and will ask me to pay 3 months salary & visa expenses.

What if i will go on emergency vacation to my country or if i can take a visit visa for uae without cancelling my Oman visa. Is there any issues. I dont want to come back in Oman.

Please help me in this situation. What can be done..

First Get a job and employer will process it. Use indeed.ae, gulfnews, dubizzle and other HR companies.
