Is Relocation amount Taxable?

Hi,

I have recently moved to KL and my company is suppose to give me 5000 Euros as a Relocation amount,

I wanted to know if this amount is taxable or not because my HR is saying it is taxable.

Yes, taxable.

Premiums
Pensions
Annuities
Perquisites, which includes bill claims, company credit cards, loans from company, sponsored club memberships, sponsored child tuition fee, personal driver and any benefits offered by your employer that could be converted into cash."
