Salam

I just want to know I have bank loan now I m switching company from one company to another company and as per my understanding my existing company will send my indiminity to the bank I m not defaulted I m paying monthly installment on time some people saying that bank will ask u to pay immediate cash payment some said no issue just only submit one letter to the bank from ur new company that's it bank will release your indiminity some said no bank should have contract with ur company please advise and guide me further more if I will open a new bank account then although I will pay my monthly installments on time as you know if my salay will fall in the same they will block please advise make sure I m not defaulted nor I want to do or I will do

Did you took the loan for Business or personal reason? Was the loan taken on the name of Company-A or Company-B?
