You can get a VPN! That's what I have and it works perfectly! I LOVE it! :)

Not an AD : try freedur.net  i'm using it; and it gives me a US ip.

You need a VPN connection, usually safer and more stable than a proxy. If you have not yet arrived in China, try to build a VPN server yourself on a router at home.

If you already in China, try to find some VPN services, you can find paid or free ones with some limitations on connection time and bandwidth, like what I'm using:
veryfastvpn.com/?r=fansico&f=FANSICO
single IP in US, 30 min auto-disconnect for free service

50+ IPs in 10+ countries, no limit, $7 for a month or $56 for a year.

Thanks for all the information. I am currently using freegate sent by Vincent and if not working for some reasons, I resort to VPN. But then most of the time, still very slow. So I'm thinking of resorting to paid proxy services..

THANKS XENIX and FANSICO!

Arn't you braking the Chinese law by doing that? Can't you use email or hotmail? JW
