Best place to download MP3 in Hungary?

Used napster in UK but didn't like it.

Amazon won't let me download from Hungary.

Would itunes be any good or any other suggestions?

Is it for personal use or for business?

The Hungarian legal system is quite odd regrading personal use of copyrighted works:
You are allowed to make copies of artworks without a license from the copyright holder. In exchange you are paying a fee every time you buy blank cassettes, CDs, DVDs, camera- and computer storage, MP3 players, etc. The money collected is mostly swallowed by the collection agency, the remainder is distributed between pop musicians.
